Cannot configure a custom response for blocked requests

What changes are you suggesting?

When I select the "Block" action in a WAF Custom Rule, no additional options appear to configure a custom response as described in the documentation.

I'm unsure if this feature is still available, if it's not visible for some plans (e.g., free plan), or if it has been moved/replaced (perhaps by Custom Errors). The current documentation does not seem to match the dashboard's behavior. Please clarify this discrepancy and update the documentation.

I've checked and you're right: custom block responses are only available on paid plans.
I'm updating the documentation in #22902.
