What changes are you suggesting?
The "DYNAMIC" header can also be returned when using Custom Cache Rules that change cache eligibility with a bypass setting (ref Support Ticket 01562727). It might be good to have a note about that, since the rule specifically says "bypass" but the status returned seems to actually be "DYNAMIC".
