Tanstack Router is library that provides typesafe routing for React & Solid projects. (It's the best React routing library imo). However, it is not a framework. It has hooks that can enable devs to build an entire framework on top of it. But out of the box it is just a Client Side library.

Tanstack Start is an actual framework that is powered by Tanstack Router. It has it's own build tool powered by Vite and Nitro. Comes with SSR, Server functions, and API routes.

Tanstack Start is the easiest way to add SSR to Tanstack Router, but it's not succeeding Router.

Last week Tanstack Start when from Alfa to Beta, and with that they simplified the build process. This PR addresses those changes.

Once Start plays nicely with the Cloudflare Vite Plugin I'll probably raise another PR to include that!
