Disabling IPv6 and workers subrequests #24075

What changes are you suggesting?
Workers subrequests will also cause a IPv6 IP to be sent to the zone. This should also be documented here. Might also make sense to expand the example waf rule to not block workers.
Twitter is IPv4 only and recently started blocking IPv6 since they are unexpected and accidentally blocked all workers due to that.
