d1 prepared statement missing all() in documentation

The prepared statement documentation page is missing the all() method.

You can see it used here amongst a bunch of other places.

According to my intellisense, all other methods are accounted for.

Hey @GuillaumeQuenneville , thanks for opening this issue, and pointing out the use of all() in our code examples.

In terms of behaviour, .all() is the same as .run(), and this is mentioned in the guidance section underneath (see highlighted section here https://developers.cloudflare.com/d1/worker-api/prepared-statements/#run:~:text=D1PreparedStatement%3A%3Arun%20is%20functionally%20equivalent%20to%20D1PreparedStatement%3A%3Aall%2C%20and%20can%20be%20treated%20as%20an%20alias.).

Regarding references to .all() - I'll create a ticket to replace those with .run() to avoid confusion. Tracking this change here: #24148
