[CF Pages] Shouldn't Bun belong to "Languages and runtime" section? #24258

What changes are you suggesting?
Currently the Bun runtime is added in "Tools" section. I don't mind it, but Node.js got a slot in "Languages and runtime" section. This confuses me as I don't know if bun was meant to be used as package manager only or it can be used as runtime like Node.js? The second assumption makes more sense to me. If so, I suggest to move Bun to "Languages and runtime" section to avoid misunderstanding and better lookup experience.
