Not getting Reset Auth Emails

I don't know or understand why, but when I try and use my username/email ID to reset my password, I never get an email with the Reset ID to use on the website to reset the password. Can someone please look into this and help me out? I have a website that I need to change settings for ASAP, and this is causing serious problems for us. The info I use is:

sirtonyrichardson@proton.me

I can be reached at tony@proactcyber.com or mistertonyrichardson@gmail.com. Thanks in advance.

I expect to have a reset email in my inbox.

Trust that I do understand this and expected it to be the case. The problem is the support link and “Submitting an issue” are asking me to authenticate when that is the whole problem. I can ot authenticate due to not receiving reset codes. Who elss can assist with this?
