What changes are you suggesting?
The very first paragraph is:
To adhere to tax laws in Russia and certain US states, Cloudflare collects sales tax on sales of our services based on your billing address.
However, as per the same page, Cloudflare pays sales tax in a lot of additional countries like Singapore, Japan, Canada, India, etc etc.
I'd propose changing it to something like To adhere to tax laws around the world, Cloudflare [...]
