Summary

As per this announcement Mirage is deprecated and in the process of being decommissioned. This change to the docs removes all current references to mirage

Temporarily putting this PR in draft state whilst we wait to decide when this should be shipped

Hi @mglewis! Thanks for drafting this! @deanna-cf thought it would make sense if we wait longer before getting rid of all mentions of Mirage considering that all of the places where it currently appears in the docs do note that it has been deprecated, so this way, people will at least be able to find the information that it has been deprecated if they try to look it up. So, I will close this for now and we can consider re-opening at a later date. Let me know if you have any questions/concerns.
