What changes are you suggesting?

Application Services should include payload inspection (https://developers.cloudflare.com/waf/managed-rules/payload-logging/) as a product that is supported.

Application services should include API shield (https://developers.cloudflare.com/api-shield/) as supported.

Application services should include content scanning (https://developers.cloudflare.com/waf/detections/malicious-uploads/) as supported.

More optional waf addons are fully functional in China now. The only listed addons to date are rate limiting and bot management. Api shield also has support now, details available on internal wiki.

Spoke with Erin and Dafu from SPX about this who help manage these docs - just adding some updates to product offerings per their suggestions during their site visit a few weeks ago

We've also confirmed this ourselves using the Cloudflare China Testing account internally with a few zones being hosted in China. I'm not sure if it's acceptable to post account IDs publicly here, but the title of the account is Cloudflare China Testing.

Appreciate the input and contributions you provided!! Happy to put Payload Inspection and Content Scanning under the Application Services! API Shield is partially supported, so I am hesitant to put it there (more info here)--if you have other suggestions though, I am all ears! Let me do a refresh this week since I also got some input from folks at Connect as well. Well, provide the PR once I have something ready. :)
