What changes are you suggesting?

"If you are using Cloudflare Registrar, contact Cloudflare Support to have your nameservers updated."

This statement is incorrect. Support is not able to help.
You need to contact your Account Team to do this.

Additional information

"This is because Support Team such as myself do not have the visibility on your contract nor that we can make any changes to it."
