Summary

Changelog for our recent Member Management refresh; a few gifs + screenshots are included in the changelog to show off the new UX. Once approved, this PR can be merged immediately.

I added a number of suggestions. It seems there were carriage returns in the paragraphs, so those are likely to render weird on the website.

Completely fair, I added newlines in the markdown to make it easier to read the text(versus one very long line in vscode) as I was working through the changelog, but I think that's totally reasonable. Committed your changes, thanks justin!

@AdamBouhmad You can turn on soft wrapping in VSCode to make that easier. Option-Z toggles it
