Enable ECH section in ECH Protocol is incorrect #29125

What changes are you suggesting?
When browsing the documentation about Encrypted ClientHello (ECH) it says the following.
ECH is enabled by default on Free zones. Other plans can turn it on or off following the steps below.
- In the Cloudflare dashboard, go to the Edge Certificates page.
- For Encrypted ClientHello (ECH), change the setting to Enabled.
However on the dashboard the setting mentioned in the documentation Encrypted ClientHello (ECH) does not seem to exists.
