Is this project dead?

Hey,

I can see in dash that `*/2 1 * * *` describes to `Every 2 minutes, between 01:00 AM and 01:59 AM`. However, when I run your code I'll get

```
> % cargo r -q  --example describe -- "*/2 1 * * *"
At every 2nd minute from 0 through 59 minutes past the hour, between 1:00 AM and 1:59 AM
```

wonder if this project is dead or will it have any updates?
