Cold starts of 5-7 seconds for code execution

We're seeing ~5-7 second cold starts after just a few minutes of inactivity. Is there any way around this?

Context: we're exploring using Cloudflare Sandbox for executing untrusted Javascript safely via this approach: https://developers.cloudflare.com/sandbox/api/interpreter/

But the cold starts we're seeing are very different to what is advertised here https://developers.cloudflare.com/sandbox/concepts/sandboxes/ ("100-300ms (cold start) or <10ms (if warm)")

Hey @dominicwhyte, I mentioned this to you in a chat, but noting here as well for future reference, I'm not sure how these numbers snuck in here.

5-7 seconds seems high, but a normal cold start is a few seconds long, not 300ms. We are working on cutting this down, and I'm optimistic that we'll get to subsecond starts, but we aren't there yet.

I've opened this PR to remove the bad numbers until we can re-measure and get something correct up: cloudflare/cloudflare-docs#25929
