Do workers support import attributes yet?

It's a baseline feature: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Statements/import/with so it's supported everywhere else, all browsers and Node.js.

In particular, the really useful one is for JSON.

import data from "data.json" with { type: "json" };

I know the esbuild from wrangler will strip them out, but if we don't want to use the wrangler build system, it would be nice to support this feature.
