Describe the Bug

After running the pnpm deploy command, it gets stuck on the total Upload screen for an extended period before displaying an error.

IMO wrangler has a too low timeout to work reliably on some networks. Running the following at process startup resolves the issue for me.

setGlobalDispatcher(new Agent({connect: { timeout: 20_000 }}));
