Describe the Bug
mentioned in #10168.
i am assuming the issue is something along the lines of worker A tries to bind to worker B in the 'production' environment, we can't find the a worker called worker-b-production so we don't type the service binding to worker B appropriately.
Please provide any relevant error logs
