Worker run fails to respect environment when using with platform proxy

Describe the Bug

While running local with vite based integrations like astro/cloudflare it fails to pick environment value passed to platform proxy object. Check bug_2 folder in the minimal bug reproduction repo shared.

Please provide any relevant error logs

I've confirmed that we do have a bug on our side and I'm addressing it in #10130 👍
