Select All checkbox issue while using Paginator

Hello!
Sadly, I've discovered a problem : select-all checkbox does not switch off (deselect) after page change at server mode.

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Click Select-all cell
2. Proceed to page 2 by clicking paginator handle
3. Click on Select-All cell once more. All row checkboxes became deselected,but the Select-All checkbox remains checked. Now, if we try navigating to page 1 and then back to page 2, all row checkboxes will be selected again.

Also, it'd be good to have an option to reset select-all checkbox state on pagination change (at server mode at least)
