Nomination Statement: As a current member of the Paketo Steering Committee, it has been a privilege to help the project grow and mature. I am seeking a nomination so that I can continue this effort. I believe we can continue to grow the project by listening to our users, by fostering an open and welcoming community, and by mentoring those that want to contribute to the project. If re-elected, those will be my areas of focus.

Nomination Statement: I have been active in the Cloud Foundry community (as Bosh maintainer and later founding TOC member) since 2015. My team has been looking into Paketo buildpacks since around 2019 and we ramped up our involvement quite a bit since 2022 / 2023 with currently three contributors.
13+
Managing the backlog of my team, I speak a lot with buildpack users. At the same time I believe I still hold enough technical grasp to be able to translate between requirements and technical project direction.

Nomination Statement: Chris is a senior engineer with cloud.gov, the U.S. government's primary public sector Cloud Foundry service. He's a seasoned Cloud Foundry engineer who has supported operations at GE Predix, Home Depot and for clients of Stark & Wayne. His open-source contributions include numerous repos at cloud.gov, various kits, including BOSH and CF App Autoscaler, for Genesis Community, and Shield, an open-source backup utility.
13+
14+
I'm nominating Chris because the CFF and the TOC have benefited from public sector representation, as shown by the UK's Lee Porte and Andy Hunt. Chris is well-suited to carry on that tradition with his deep engineering knowledge coupled with an understanding of compliance and sustainability. He considers deeply the tradeoffs of engineering and architectural decisions, explains technical concepts well, and is a generous colleague.
15+
16+
In all, he's ideally suited to help Cloud Foundry to continue to grow and thrive.

Nomination Statement: Amelia has been a stellar contributor and leader within the Cloud Foundry community since she joined it in 2016. Most recently, she has been serving as the Technical and Execution Lead for the Application Runtime Platform Working Group since its inception and has been instrumental in shaping the collaboration practices and healthy activity within that working group.
13+
14+
She has also provided deep technical leadership and expertise within primarily the Networking and the Diego areas of the Cloud Foundry Application Runtime, driving forward substantial improvements to gorouter, container-to-container networking, TCP router, Envoy-based route integrity, NATS security, and dynamic application security groups, among other areas. She has deep empathy for the application developers, platform engineers, and security teams that Cloud Foundry serves and consistently keeps their needs and experiences in mind when developing effective solutions for them.
15+
16+
Additionally, Amelia has been an engaging and effective communicator for the Cloud Foundry project, delivering excellent technical presentations at Cloud Foundry Summits and other events and serving as a model for clear and actionable messaging across the community. She also has experience contributing to other open-source projects, having spent several months participating in and contributing to the Golang project, and consequently has a thorough understanding of how open-source projects can be effective in cultivating healthy community participation.
17+
18+
Overall, Amelia would be an excellent member of the CFF TOC, and I cannot think of a better representative of our community than her.

Nomination Statement: This being a self nomination, I'll speak in the first-person. I've worked on CF for almost ten years. I was anchor of the release integration team that conceived of and developed cf-deployment, guided the design of the v6 CLI, orchestrated the transition of Pivotal Web Services from cf-release to multi-deployment/cell-block cf-deployment, and have recently resigned from VMware after years of being a Technology Lead focused on release, packaging, and upgrade related issues for TAS, VMware's commercialized distribution.
13+
14+
I care deeply about Cloud Foundry and related technologies like Concourse, and bring significant experience and expertise in transitions and roadmaps through eras of technological and organizational change.

Nomination Statement: Being the product owner of one of the teams responsible for operating some of the biggest Cloud Foundry deployments world-wide, I have been active in the Cloud Foundry community for the past 8+ years.
13+
I am a current member of the Cloud Foundry Technical Oversight Committee and I contribute to the Application Runtime Deployments and Application Runtime Interfaces working groups. If re-elected I would continue to improve the cloudfoundry Github org automation which facilitates the project setup and onboarding of new community members.
