Linuxbrew and Homebrew are merging. Currently the cf taps download darwin binaries, but with the merger, there's now a use case for supporting Linux. Is adding support for Linux binaries feasible?

To clarify, on darwin you can run brew tap cloudfoundry/tap && brew install -v cf-cli. On Linux, you can run the same command, but the binaries which are downloaded are mach-o binaries for darwin, so they aren't compatible with Linux. When I filed this the original thought process behind the ask was to support the cf-cli through brew install on Linux.

Ideally if all of the binaries in this tap had support for Linux that'd be great, but if only the cf-cli is feasible, that's fine too.

Hi @mxplusb sorry for the delay in response. I've not forgotten about this but need to loop back and understand how valuable this would be for our users. From a cursory look, it looks valuable but I need to weigh it against other priorities at the moment. I'll loop back soon as I can.
