Test importing JSON in module server

It probably doesn't work yet, but it probably can be implemented relatively easily. ESBuild's JSON loader might support JSON -> JS transpilation (with named exports), or else [@rollup/plugin-json](https://github.com/rollup/plugins/tree/master/packages/json) can be used.
