Configuration plugins does not update confguration for False boolean value

When execution configuration_update workflow providing a param that has a Fasle boolean Python (new/updated) value the plugin does not call the update operation on the node that is put in the node_types_to_update list

I will try to work on one, as the scenario I faced it is very complex. For now I can provide the following:
params = {'updatabe_param': False}

updatabe_param is what the node in node_types_to_update list has on the params_list and it should trigger the update lifecycle operation, but it looks that needs_to_get_updated evaluates the value and suppresses the update operation
