Description

setup-authz Make target uses setup-dashboard and setup-demo targets which are configured for the admin cluster. New targets have to be introduced to use the authz cluster. setup-manager-authz works fine as it uses a different config.
Also the authz chart uses a specific image tag, which is outdated. In order to keep it up to date remove the tag from chart values, so that the chart uses appVersion by default. Verify that it does.

4. See error
