ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==0.4.1

When run pip install -r requirements.txt, i gain error:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==0.4.1 (from versions: 1.11.0, 1.12.0, 1.12.1, 1.13.0, 1.13.1, 2.0.0, 2.0.1, 2.1.0, 2.1.1, 2.1.2)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==0.4.1

Pls help

same issue. I even tried older torch versions. but till now I could install pytorch ==1.4.0 and torchvision == 0.5.0 with python == 3.6.13 but still no luck for opencv-python

If you are using Conda, try the following:
conda install pytorch=0.4.1

And use each package one by one
