"Best Fit with Presentation" recording and broadcast layouts not applied correctly #403
Description
Recordings and broadcasts (sometimes) have a different layout to what is shown in the room. Looks like "best fit with presentation" isn't being applied correctly to new recordings / broadcasts or where the screenshare is started after the recording/broadcast starts
