Better error handling

Currently, when contract transaction failed, the error we get from the Gnosis SDK is SC103, missing the contract revert message. The app needs to check all pre-conditions before executing a transaction. For example, finalizing a round needs to check if the round is currently active, and the caller is the owner of the round, etc.
