Handle SQLite in Rust

It's silly to have to run a separate server just to noodle on text. The silliness was deliberate, and having the Elixir server do SQLite stuff may be useful for my own blog. Phoenix with Ecto made building that trivial. Maybe rusqlite would make bringing it all together trivial too. Can keep the API client for the blog...
