Fixed Upstream Key Next Transition and added FTB Disabled

In my fork, I have fixed functionality of Next Transition Upstream Key buttons so that you can properly set them and get state of them, and added FTB disable (located in settings menu of ATEM Software Control). Can properly set and get state of it.
