How can i convert gif to .dur?

Is there a way to transform gif (using chafa or gifterm for example) into .dur animation?

Not easily, I don't think. I have done it with old game sprites, frame by frame, but AFAIK that's the only way. You would convert each frame to 16 color ANSI individually, and then paste them into a .dur file like:

1. Open frame1.ans
2. Save as gif.dur
3. Without exiting DurDraw, open frame2.ans in DurDraw's file browser
4. Copy the whole canvas and do nothing else
5. Without leaving DurDraw, open gif.dur again in DurDraw's file browser
6. Make a new frame and paste what you copied from frame2.ans
7. Save gif.dur
8. Without leaving DurDraw, open frame3.ans in DurDraw's file browser

And so on.
