Add classes for some of the OPV molecules we had in Planckton

We should add some classes to `flowermd.library` for some of the OPV molecules we used in planckton. a `P3HT` class could be added to `polymers.py` and maybe we can create a new python file in library for some of the non-polymer/small molecules from planckton.
