wishlist: template feature

I'd like some boilerplate ascii to show up in the main text-field whenever
I create a new journal entry.   Maybe it could be just a 'special' entry in
the stream?

Neat idea.  Yeah, I think we could mark and maintain a special entry-like thing
(author, subject, text, and tags) in the Diary file which you could edit via the
regular entry form.  (This actually might be a nice alternative to the way we've
implemented global authors, even.)

Committed some initial code for this on the 'templates-feature' branch.  Not 
sure if
I like the design yet, but I nearly lost some of this code already so I 
figgered I'd
better get it versioned.
