Like here specifically the CO is in CIC and not floating above the Alamo on Middeck

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Should track correctly

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Hijack
2. Crash?
3. Wonder why some people and xenos are improperly tracked on the wrong Z.
   ...

Unrelated to FTL - should be an existing problem where some minimap markers fail to update. Get the minimap runtimes to stop happening and it'll likely work.
