autorally-02 not being detected.

The autorally-02 forward porting is not working. The issue being duplicated is https://github.com/AutoRally/autorally/commit/d39ac4d75d6865fa5269ff65d1d09dd83c90cc9b. But it seems like this file (autorally_plant) is not being processed properly. At least, the topic `pose_estimate` mentioned in the bug is not recovered.
