How to update API Server

Hi,

I'm using the docker version of the API server. How should I update it?

Still getting empty response. Is there anything that should be configured or enabled? When I list the machines, I can see the machine.

Hmm, works here. Go to machineupdates, and for the post payload, only change the machineId, and see if that gets it. Is that machine checking in regularly?

Yea, the machine is checking in regulary (every 5min). I first get the list of machines, then requested timeline via machineupdates and then used timelines/{machineId}. Still didn't get anything back. client version is 6.2.8.

Btw, do I have to provide a GUID in the timeline.json config file or does the agent automatically generates a GUID? Asking because the default config that comes with the insallation binary doesn't have the id parameter.

Dang, I updated the containers to see if it works. Now I get HTTP 500 error :D

Does docker logs ghosts-api tell you anything about that 500?

This line,

Npgsql.NpgsqlException (0x80004005): Failed to connect to 172.18.0.4:5432

Seems the API is not connected to the database. If you hit /api/home does it return basic stats?

Postgres keeps restarting and I found the below message. I'll delete everything and install from scratch.

I've modified the docker-compose.yaml file to use postgres:14.6 as it automatically pulls the latest version which is not compatible.
I'm also able to get the timeline config from machines.

Just a note to say that I am working on having migrations in place for ghosts 7. Probably a script or similar that will update the database in place. Thanks for your patience on these issues.
