Poetry version number is in `pyproject.toml` is out of date

The version number in `pyproject.toml` says `0.1.0` but the latest release is tagged at `0.2.0`. Additionally, this latest release is unavailable on PyPI. The PyPI release is currently at `0.1.9` and there are some confusing inconsistencies in using this library as a CLI tool between the two versions.
