No cursor in kiosk mode

I followed along and used method 1 to get cncjs running on a Pi. I have it set to launch directly into kiosk mode but there is no cursor available for my mouse. The mouse is tracking and I can hover over and click on buttons but with out the cursor it is very dificult to use.

I will add a setting to the installer to ask if user wants cursor or not for Kiosk.

For the time being you can modify the ".bashrc" and removed the "" flag

sed -i 's/startx -- -nocursor/startx --/' "$HOME/.bashrc"

nano $HOME/.bashrc
