NUTS-3 Areas

Hi,

We have a few questions regarding the EC Mapeditor module:

1. Does the EC Mapeditor Views module supports NUTS-3 Level Areas? For example, if we want to view some Drupal nodes as markers inside a marked NUTS-3 Area? Like on this example:
   https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/fpfis/wikis/display/webtools/MAP+v2.0+-+Cleansky

2. Can the EC Mapeditor Views module display markers randomly inside such an area? For example we have incidents that occurred in Spain as nodes. Can these nodes be displayed randomly inside the NUTS-3 Level area?

unfortunately the EC Mapeditor Views module itself doesn't support NUTS.
They are normally supported by the EC Mapeditor Country module which can't be used in Views context as it is supposed to return a json object with an extra set of configurations to be placed on top of a map entity (as a layer).
The Views module has been created to just return a data representation of nodes as markers with, at least, one geolocation field available in the Content Type.

Anyway this could be for sure proposed as an improvement for the next release.

About the second point, the way to display ONLY markers (not NUTS for now) is 100% manageable by the view itself (even by using exposed filters).

Last but not least, always concerning Exposed Filters, the problem with Ajax is still open because seems related to both WebTools and Drupal. Also here unfortunately I didn't have that much time to investigate the bug due to several sprints on some parallel projects, but I promise it's in my todo list. I didn't forget about it :)
