[NPC] Fully developed lifecycle of mobs #26

  • Implement the attacking lifecycle
  • Implement the tracking lifecycle (following the target)
  • Implement the aggressive (some mobs could attack near players/mobs)
  • Implement attacking between npcs (different nations could attack eachother in non-neutral maps)
  • Implement the givingup lifecycle (if target is far away, mob should go back the regular spawn area)
