Dependency Versions

I installed the latest versions of the given dependencies, but there seem to be some changes, which result in the run_ecthr.sh scripts related code to be incompatible.

Before I go on a hunt to check for the proper library mix, I wanted to ask if someone could share the recommended library versions.

Hi @LAndersen1,

I would first try to use the least compatible versions mentioned in the requirements.txt file, i. e., consider == for all the >=, I guess many of those have been heavily updated in the last 3 years leading to incompatibility with the code in this repo.
