vheck pod OOM

I applyed operator.yaml. Then i applyed example.yaml while using local path stoarge.But only vcheck pod appeared and two minutes later it oomKIlled.
i don't know why.I used Mac with m1pro.

version checker job is getting OOM on openshift sometimes. The resource requests and limits are same for the version checker job which is not ideal. There should be some wiggle room if there is memory spike at some point, hence increased the resource limits for the version checker job.

Fixed by #1070
