148240: opt: add optimizer tests for clickbench r=yuzefovich a=DrewKimball

This commit adds a set of optimizer tests for clickbench with and without indexes, pulled from [1] and [2]. This may help to show opportunities for improvements on clickbench-like workloads and avoid future regressions.
