[Feature request] Need a prefab cleaning function. #107

Use Case
While working on a prefabs, garbage somehow accumulates inside the file. Sample of file.
Problem Description
I couldn't find a way to fix it using the editor. It's also unclear how to clean the file manually. So far, there's only one solution to the problem: rebuild the file from a blank prefab, but that's always painful.
