[CY-6648] `log-paths` is unused

The action accepts log-paths as input but does not use it. Unless GitHub actions somehow use this parameter by convention, it should either start being used or be deleted and removed from the documentation.

I have created PR that fix this issue, but this 1 line fix can't be reviewed for 3 month.
We need log-paths input because we use git-version with monorepo.
