+## Get to know me :)
+
+Hello everyone! I am excited to be in this program and further my education in tech. I graduated from the University of Delaware majoring in Entrepreneurship, and minored in Disability Studies. Not to mention I was on the Coed Cheer team and named captain my Senior year. I have 19 years of experience in cheerleading. With that experience, I also have won a lot of cool things in those years. My most recent accomplishment is being a 4x Collegiate Champion in a row.

+I am a hands-on-learner. I also learn from constructive feedback. I like to know when I am wrong. Mainly because I want to continuously make myself better. I also like to get credit when my credit is due.

+
+Finding my career job in Tech. I also would like my cheerleading team to be undefeated.

+
+* When I am doing work I rather not get interrupted because I will lose my train of thought. I would appreciate if people would wait until I am finished to talk to me. 
+* Time management is big for me 
+* I have to be organized in order for me to be my most productive self

+# What will get me talking 
+
+* I love talking about cheerleading. Like I said before I have been doing cheerleading since I was 3 years old. I have not stopped since. 
+* I enjoy talking about clothing and shopping. I have so many clothes. I love going to the mall. I also enjoy going to the mall. I did have to take a pause on shopping because I am starting to not have anywhere to put my clothes. 
+* I have torn my ACL and I love to relate to people in this way and give them encouragement on the 9 month process. I know how it feels to have to take a step back from doing things how you normally do them and having to adapt to your new life. 
+* I also like to talk about cheerleading skills. I enjoy spreading my knowledge and helping people achieve skills that I already know. I get pride and joy from doing so.

+## Introduction
+I started programming after my high school and got an Associate Degree in computer science thereafter. During the time I was going through the associate degree programme there were very few computers as well as books to read. We rely heavily on whatever the instructor can give and it was really difficult. The programming journey started with C language and the sight of buffer overflow almost took me out of the CS programme. However, after a lot of perseverance, I scaled through.

+I love learning new languages even though I might not be good at it but always want to have an idea. I love working with others and believe in team work. I enjoy being a servant leader and very ready to treat others with diginity and respect.

+# Getting to Know LJ McWilliams
+
+## Introduction
+
+I have lived in Delaware my entire life and have always had a love for tech. In middle school I developed a passion for creating digital art and that love grew throughout high school. When it
+came time for me to go to college, I wanted to continue my artistic passions, but I knew I needed to persue a profession with more lucrative job prospects. That's when I discovered frontend development. To my surprise, this was an almost perfect blend of art and coding. Despite being interested in the subject matter, I failed to set myself up for immediate success post-grad. In order to be productive and pay bills, I took up a job at my local Walmart. After making a few connections with coworkers and customers alike, I had heard about opportunities at Code Differently.
+Now I am here, excited for the next 20 weeks, and really looking forward to improving my technical and power skills.

+## Hobbies
+
+Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy the following:
+- Video games
+- Weightlifting
+- Discovering new music
+- Reading manga
+- Watching anime
+- Making YouTube videos and streaming

+## Communication Preferences
+
+The best way to reach me is to send me a message via Google Chat. It has a nice interface that allows for an easy transition between private messages, consolidated text threads and group chats.
+I also try to look at my email pretty frequently. If anyone were to struggle reaching me through those means. I always reply to direct messages on Instagram.
+
+## Preferred Learing Style
+
+I describe my learing style as a mix between visual and "trial by fire". Being able to recieve visual clarification on a specific task really helps cement that information in my brain. What I mean when I say "trial by fire" is that I like to dive into topics, make mistakes at 100 mph and learn from them. It's almost like I am brute forcing my learning but it's more like I enjoy owing the fact that I won't understand a topic at the first go-around, but I won't let that deter me from moving forward.

+## Best Working Time of Day
+
+I am very much a night owl. I like the idea of being able to partake in deep learning during peacful hours. I like to throw on some Bossa Nova jazz or some Native American flute music and dial into whatever I am doing. Despite this preference, I still do enjoy working during the day as it better allows for collaborations and Q `n' A's.
