+### When do I like to take meetings:
+*I’m generally flexible when it comes to taking meetings because I understand the importance of it. However, if I had a choice, I’d prefer to schedule them after lunch or toward the end of the day when I can focus better and wrap up discussions without disrupting my work.*

+### What days would I like to work?
+*I’d like to work every day except Friday and Saturday. Maintaining a good work-life balance is important to me. These will allow me to take care of personal responsibilities and make time for other aspects of my life. *

+### What’s the best way to communicate with me?
+*I'm a very direct person, so the best way to communicate with me (especially for important information) is in person. For less critical matters, email, Microsoft Teams, or Google Chat work just fine.*

+### How do I like to receive feedback?
+*Coming from a financial and customer service background, I’ve grown to really appreciate in-person one-on-one feedback. I find it to be highly effective for clear communication and improvement.*

+## Who is He??
+
+Davis is a 20 year old man who serves in the army but, is also in search for his adult career. Born in Chester PA, Davis has seen the harsh realities of the world to those who let it's influence dictate their lives. His parents moved out of the city in hope he would have a prosperous and successful life which brings him here... An aspiring Software Engineer willing to sacrifice anything for success and stability in said field.

+ I've had the pressure on me since my early days as being referred to as the golden boy, Mr. Perfect, or Blessed by God. As well as all family members from grandparents to distant cousins all being compared to me or being told to be like me. This pressure only means failure isn't an option!

+## Personality
+
+My name is Dylan Lafferty, I am 21 years old and am working towards becoming a Software Engineer.
+
+## Daily Requirements
+These are a few requirements for me to be prepared to have a good day at work.
+
+- I need a full nights rest or else I'll be a little cranky.
+- I need at least 100mg of caffeine in the morning to add a little pump to my step.
+- I like to be friendly and have a good time while working so I like subtle jokes to keep the good spirits flowing.
+- I need either lunch or breakfast to keep my mind focused.
+- I require a clean workspace. If there is too much clutter my brain will not focus on anything besides that until it is gone.
+
+## Ways to Reach me outside and inside of the workplace.
+
+I am always available and checking my email, feel free to send me emails or even send over a direct message on Google Chats as well. I am not afraid of some camera time either so if you prefer a zoom call we can set one up as well. I however do not have a phone number so those are the only ways I am available.

+I am more of the quiet behind the scenes kind of person at the beginning but soon will become a talker. None the less I am always willing to share and collaborate, I just might need a little push to spark up a conversation with me but I am always ready.

+
+## 📖 About Me 
+
+I first fell in love with computers when they became a household item in my country. My love started from a curiosity to understand how things worked, what made them go, and what made them stop working. My first lessons in tech were from simple self-taught research and over the years my love grew and my path was established. I started to focus on signals and how they work.
+
+I became Computer and Network technician with little over ten (10) years experince. Most of my work experiece was working with the government. I've worked with multiple companies to include the Jamaica Constabulary Force. In the year 2020, I started my own Tech Company called Chief IT Consulting. The Company specialised in computer repair and servicing. And Network building, repair and servicing. I've worked on a few machines such as DEll, HP, Lenovo, ASUS and a few more. But my main passion is being a Network Technician. Working with Juniper, CISCO and UNIFI hards is really cool. My enjoy come from bulding able to see what i've built. And the work it took. I've always hand a special love love signal analasis.

+Currently I'm in the process of learning to code at Code Differently. With the goal to increase my Tech skills to open up new opportunities. I'm in the process of learning the basics, even thought challenging I'm willing to give it my all.
