BUG: Tasks for projects are not added

Description

When trying to create a specific tasks for one of my newly created projects, it seems like the tasks simply are not created to begin with.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to the website.
2. Click the "Add Project" button on the left side-bar.
3. Click "Add Task".
4. Type in the name of your tasks, then click the blue "Add Task" button.

No task with be added to the task bar.

Expected Outcome

I expected the task bar to have the task that I named it, along with some options to maybe delete or organize the tasks.

Actual Result

The result is that no tasks were added to the tasks bar. It simply leaves an empty white space after I click "Add Task".
