[FR] Ability to select text, right-click, and invoke scribe-pal functionality

It would be nice to be able to select text, right-click to see the context menu, and then invoke some common LLM functionality.

@huyz you can already do that with the first Capture Text tool (in the Tools group, the first button let's you select text on the web page).

I will put this as an enhancement but it will not be a priority.
