<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">By using the Hidden Practice mobile app "the App" provided by HiddenPractice Consultoria Ltda. "the Company", you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.</p>
<h2 class="heading-4">2. Subscription and Payments</h2>
<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">The App is subscription-based. By subscribing, you agree to the specified payment terms. Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play Store on Android devices.</p>
<h2 class="heading-4">3. Content and Intellectual Property</h2>
<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">All content provided in the App, including videos and insights, is the property of HiddenPractice Consultoria Ltda. and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.</p>
<h2 class="heading-4">4. Termination</h2>
<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion, with or without cause.</p>
<h2 class="heading-4">5. Changes to Terms</h2>
<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes.</p>

<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">We use the Posthog Analytics tool, a cloud based solution tool which stores data within the European Union, to track user activity, analyze patterns, and enhance the App's features.<br><br>The collected data is associated to the email address provided via the Apple App Store or Google Play integration, and is used solely for improving our services.</p>
<h2 class="heading-4">2. Subscription</h2>
<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">Subscription information, including payment details, is securely processed through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play Store on Android devices. We do not store any payment information.</p>
<h2 class="heading-4">3. Account and Data Deletion</h2>
<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">Your account information consists of data such as last story watched or notification time. This information is associated to your email address and subscription ID and will be available for as long as the subscription exists, even if it was cancelled.<br><br>This allows you to keep your progress within the App should you ever decide to re-subscribe.<br><br>To delete your data, you will need to delete your subscription from the Apple App store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Bare in mind that this will discard your entire progress within the App.<br><br>If you require the deletion of your analytics data as well, you can submit a request via email at info@hiddenpractice.com</p>

<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">We employ industry-standard security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.</p>

<p class="paragraph-large no-bottom-margin">By using the App, you consent to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.</p>
